14 | Solo Businesses could work better by moving to a linear business structure.

You are invited and welcome to join our growing conversations where we are actually working to convert the things that work in (and are designed for) big business and evolving them to be actually applicable and appliable in your Solo Business Experience.

In this conversation we are bringing in the idea of Solo Business Roles, specifically (to start with) we are putting it out there that we can evolve from the traditional hierarchical org structure to a more practical structure which has the potential to work better to meet the needs of Solo Business.

We are suggesting that a linear business structure could work better in many ways across the business days.

Today’s conversation is just the beginning. Which means we are only sowing the seed of the shift to the idea of a different structure — that’s it, a move from a pile of different roles doing different things to a simple straight(ish) line that can all be done by one.

So for now, it is enough to know that there is someone out there that is overthinking something that make it easier for you to work differently in the future.
